The average industry required weight of floor carpets range from 350 gram per square meter upto 800 grams per square meter with thickness of 3.0 to 6.0 milimeters.The backing layers can be adjusted to strengthen its construction for further molding process by weighing from 450 grams upto 1000 grams with thickness of 5.0 to 8.0 milimeters as well as width of 1.25 to 1.80 meters.
Trunk Carpet
With various surface textures of the trunk carpets such as flat/plain, cord / velour or dilour, The trunk carpet appearance can be customized upon requirement. Bonded with backing SA layer, it technically enhances sound absorption property.In addition, the quality material are variously selected to be used and the trunk carpets can be cut into required slab or shape as per requirement. Their thickness range from 2.0 to 8.0 milimeters. The weight can be varied from 250 upto 800 grams per squaremeters with width of 1.25 to 1.85 meters.
Seat Back Carpet
Made by quality materials based on automotive standard, the seat backing carpet weights range from 200 grams to 500 grams per square meters. Their thickness are between 1.8 to 3.0 milimeter as well as width between 1.25 to 1.80 meters.
Wheel House lining Carpet
