TCHS’ Company History

TCH Suminoe co., ltd. was established on December 22, 1994. As a joint venture company between Thai and Japanese, share holding ratio are 50.10% by Suminoe textiles Japan and 49.90% by Thailand Carpets Manufacturing public company. TCH Suminoe company is aimed to manufacture and distribute textile products and carpets for interior lining and upholstery in automobile. The headquarter and factory are located at 157 Moo16 Bangpa-in Industrial Estate Tambol Bangkrasun Ampur Bangpa-in Ayuttaya Province Thailand

Signing for being a joint venture company among Thailand carpet Manufacturing public company, Suminoe textiles ( Japan ) and Habitat group

Starting operations of flat woven, woven velour and moulded carpets for ISUZU and Nissan




 
1998
Expanding number of weaving machines for Flat woven and woven velour




 
2000
Starting the first needle punching production line for nonwoven products.




 
2002
Adding the secondneedle punching production line for nonwoven products.




 
2004
Adding the third needle punching production line for nonwoven products.




 
2005
Adding the fourth needle punching production line for nonwoven products.

Expanding more number of weaving machines for Flat woven and woven velour

Adding the fifth needle punching production line for nonwoven products.

starting the new business of PU leather and PVC




 

Message from MD

The TCHS business plan outlines the strategy that will be used to market the product and control marketing activities over the next three years. Sale of head liner and seat back carpet are targeted for automobile manufacturers both in Thailand and overseas. Sale of Fabric still keep the volume and quality, and distributed to sub-contracted of customer. This business plan will be used in order to establish and maintain the high reliability in the sales, profit and the market. Also utilizing this business plan will bring the company growing up with the automotive industry
